Shipping & Packaging
Gemrize international orders (outside of Hong Kong) are shipped with the reliability and accountability of FedEx International Priority shipping (excluding the mainland of China).
For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipping destinations, regardless of any signed waivers you may have with FedEx.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
For orders from the mainland of China, please contact us to make arrangements for special delivery or collection of your package at our Hong Kong showroom.
Gemrize orders are packaged in the sleek and luxurious Gemrize gift box. For added security, the Gemrize gift box will then be placed within another internal box and seal bag to protect the package from climate effects and tampering.
Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only and must not be worn.
When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
Your order with Gemrize will take up to five working days to process and package before shipping.
After your order has been shipped, the normal FedEx International Priority shipping times will apply.
If you require delivery before a specific date, please contact us with your required delivery date before confirming your order.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses (other than billing address)
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package upon delivery at your billing address, Gemrize will instead have the order shipped to your local FedEx office so that you can sign for and pick it up at your nearest convenient time. Find the FedEx location nearest you at www.fedex.com.
Gemrize will only ship to street addresses, not P.O. Box addresses.
Gemrize can make special arrangements for shipping to APO / FPO addresses. Please contact us to discuss the details.
International Deliveries and Arrival Times
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority.
Due to uncertainty caused by customs clearance processes arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
If customers require receipt of their goods by a certain date, please contact us and we will help you to make the necessary arrangements.

Importer of Record
Once purchased the customer will be the importer of record for international shipments. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient once the goods are collected from Gemrize by the International Carrier company.
During delivery, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
For further details, read about customs, duties and taxes below.
Asset Protection
For international shipments Asset Protection will be provided by Brinks Security and Protection. This protects your order from the time it leaves Gemrize to when it arrives at your door. An additional fee for Asset Protection will be added to your order in advance of payment confirmation.
For more information on Brinks, please visit www.brinks.com.hk
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer’s behalf. For instance, FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes.
Please contact your local customs office for further details or clarifications on the customs fees, import duties, taxes to be expected.
Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
